From Wuppertal to Bielefeld
Braving freezing temperatures of -18 degrees Celsius, the heating professionals endured a seven-hour journey through snow chaos from Wuppertal to Bielefeld. They towed a powerful 270 kW mobile heating unit along with oil tanks holding a total capacity of 3,000 liters.
The heavy snowfall in Bielefeld posed additional challenges, but the team showed ingenuity. With the help of a tractor, they successfully transported the mobile heating unit to its destination.
Emergency Heating for Processing Facility: Installation and Operation
Upon arriving at the production site, the team encountered another obstacle. The building’s heating system had already frozen due to the extreme cold. Mobile Wärme 24 first used electric heaters to thaw the system before proceeding with the installation of the mobile heating unit.
The heating experts worked tirelessly until 4 a.m., connecting the unit, sourcing missing parts, and commissioning the mobile heating station. Thanks to their dedicated efforts, the affected company, which had been forced to halt production due to the heating failure, was able to resume operations.
