- Hot water supply: Use of mobile heating units with outputs between 15 and 150 kW for hot water production.
- Large Residential Complexes: Installation of a 500kW heating center with a freshwater module to supply 99 housing units, including full-service offerings.
- Short-term deployments: Providing heating units for various periods to ensure warmth in emergency situations.
Temporary Heating & Emergency Cooling – Full ServiceAls
As one of the leading housing companies in North Rhine-Westphalia, VIVAWEST manages nearly 120,000 apartments in the Rhine and Ruhr regions. We work closely with VIVAWEST to ensure reliable heating and cooling services for their approximately 300,000 residents in case of emergency. Our flexible and powerful solutions contribute to tenant satisfaction.

Winter Construction Heating – Full Service
MEYER WERFT, one of the largest and most advanced shipyards in the world, enlisted our services to support the construction of two ships in their vast production and building dock halls. We assisted MEYER WERFT in ensuring winter construction heating for the building of two cruise ships. Through close collaboration, we contributed to the smooth and efficient progress of the shipbuilding process, even under winter conditions. Our flexible and powerful heating solutions were a crucial part of the construction progress, helping to meet MEYER WERFT´s high-quality standards.
Examples of Our Joint Projects:
- Winter construction heating for shipbuilding: Providing 3 x 350 kW heating capacity to maintain continuous construction work during the winter months.
- Carnival Jubilee: Rental, installation, and commissioning of two mobile heating stations and 20 heating fans to maintain necessary temperatures during construction.
- Mobile heating oil storage tanks: Providing 10 mobile heating oil storage tanks, each with a capacity of 2,000 liters, to ensure a continuous fuels supply.
Heating Network – Bridging a District Heating Outage
In the event of an unexpected district heating outage, Stadtwerke Bielefeld relied on our help to maintain the heat supply for the affected customers. We responded immediately and supplied the urgently needed heating power. On the same day, we connected a heating container, secured the fuel supply with a 10,000-liter heating oil tank and provided an emergency power generator. Thanks to our close and smooth cooperation, we were able to ensure that the impact of the district heating outage was minimized.
Details of the Collaboration:
- 1 MW heating container: rapid provision and connection of a heating container o ensure the heat supply.
- Fuel supply: Provision of a 10,000-liter heating oil tank to ensure a continuous fuel supply.
- Emergency power generator: Securing the power supply with an emergency power generator.
- Safety measures: Installation of warning beacons to increase safety on site.
